The kinestage (2009) is a cinematic sketch design of a floating metamorphic amphitheatre. It can moor at those places where a major event or concert would take place. Through satelite vaporettos, the audience will be transported on and off. The four-part amphitheatre floats apart to welcome its audience through a visual focus on the stage itself. The stage features a giant ring-shaped digital screen. The screen comes to life through its ability to morph and become part of what is happening on the stage.
Getting the audience on and off the stage is also part of the overall experience.
